Methodology

The whitepaper is based on a three-step workflow:

  1. A global survey of 2,230 consumers across 11 markets inclusive of the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the US, Canada, Indonesia, KSA, UAE, Brazil.
  2. One-on-one interviews with 18 marketing leaders from across advertisers and agencies.
  3. Secondary expert review of the latest best practice WARC and existing proprietary research.
